Applicant must be a female student who is enrolled in, or accepted to, a regionally- or ACICS-accredited school. Applicant must be 35 years of age or older by March 1 and considered low income. Selection based upon applicant's goals, plan for reaching goals, challenges they have faced, and their financial situation.
