American Field Service (AFS) Returnee Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be an AFS returnee and indicate interest on admissions application. Financial need is considered.

HOBY Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have been a participant in a HOBY seminar and must indicate interest on admissions application.

Music Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be accepted for admission and participate in the music program. Audition is required.

Boy/Girl State Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have participated in the Boy/Girl State Program and be accepted for admission.

Pickard Scholarship

Description

Applicant must rank in top 75% of class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 30 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1340), demonstrate strong leadership and community involvement, and be accepted for admission. Competitive interview process on campus is required.

Honor Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA, rank in top quarter of class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 24 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1110). Leadership, involvement in activities, and acceptance to the college are required.

Forensics Scholarship

Description

Selection is based upon honors and recognition received for high school activity. Interview with college forensics coach and admission to the college are required.

Presidential Scholarship

Description

Freshmen applicant must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 27; scores must be received by March 1), or have a minimum 3.2 high school GPA. New Canadian students must have an "84%" overall average. Transfer applicants must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa or have a minimum 3.6 GPA at the most recent college attended. All applicants must have character consistent with the goals of the college.

Dean's Scholarship

Description

Freshman applicant must rank in the top fifth of their graduating class, have a minimum combined SAT score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 25; scores must be received by March 1), or have a minimum 3.0 GPA. New Canadian students must have an "80%" overall average. Transfer applicants must have a GPA between 3.3 and 3.59 from their most recent college attended. All applicants must have character consistent with the goals of the college.

Christian Ministries Dependent Grant

Description

Applicant must be a full-time student who is the dependent child of parents employed in full-time Christian service. Financial need is required to be demonstrated.

International Student Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a full-time international student (except Canadian) who have financial need and who show achievement in academic or extracurricular activities.

Trustee Scholarship

Description

Freshman applicant must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1300 (composite ACT score of 29; scores must be received by March 1), or have a minimum 3.2 high school GPA. New Canadian students must have a "88%" overall average. All applicants must have character consistent with the goals of the college.
