Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, outstanding speech skills, and be a participant in speech team.
Community Service Award
Description

Applicant must have a minimum "B" average GPA in a college-preparatory curriculum, minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 24), and be able to demonstrate leadership through community service in school, community, or church. Top finalists will be invited to campus for an interview with faculty and staff.
United Methodist Grant

Award is based upon United Methodist Church minister recommendation, academic performance, challenging curriculum, and leadership potential.
Music Grant

Applicant must audition before musical faculty and participate in various music organizations.
Oldham Scholars Award - Richmond Scholars Program

Applicant must have outstanding character, motivation, and scholarship.

Applicant must be selected from admission applicant pool; participation is by invitation.
National Merit Scholarship

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who has designated the University of Richmond his or her first choice with National Merit Scholarship Corp. and who has not been awarded a National Merit Scholarship from another sponsor.
Bishop Maher Catholic Leadership Scholarship

Applicant must be a Catholic who has demonstrated leadership in community, parish, or school. Amount of award is based upon academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and financial need. Application (available from Office of Financial Aid Services), letter from applicant, letter of recommendation from applicant's parish priest.
Chancellor's Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and deomonstrate a high level of involvement in school and community activites.
Achievement Scholarship

Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need must be demonstrated.
