Gottshall-Rex Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be an undergraduate female student majoring in physical education programs leading to degrees in teaching. Financial need may be considered. Selection is based upon academic achievement. FAFSA (due by April 1) and Pell eligibility are required.
Joe and Christine Callahan Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be enrolled full time. Preference is given to dependents of law enforcement officers. One award is for a graduate of a Calhoun County, Ala., high school and one for a graduate of a Clay County, Ala., high school.
President's Scholarship

Applicant must be an Honors at Entrance Scholarship recipient. Selection is based upon academic excellence, leadership, and civic activities.
Honors at Entrance Scholarship

Applicant must be a senior at an accredited Utah high school, public or private, who will be entering as a freshman.
Honors at Entrance Scholarship/Early Admission

Applicant must be admitted to the university under early admission and have an Admissions Index of at least 130.
Leadership Scholarship

Applicant must be a Utah resident, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate outstanding leadership through activities and achievements. Transfer applicant must have an associate's degree or at least 90 hours from a Utah two-year college.
University President's Club Non-Resident Scholarship

Applicant must be a non-resident high school senior who will be an entering freshman. Selection will be based upon GPA and ACT/SAT scores, as well as proven leadership abilities, activities, and accomplishments.
Non-Resident Academic Full Tuition Scholarship

Applicant must be a nonresident of Utah. Selection is based upon GPA, test scores, leadership, activities, and accomplishments.
Non-Resident Academic Partial Tuition Scholarship

Applicant must be a high school senior who will be an entering freshman and who is not a resident of Utah. Selection is based upon scholastic record.
Law Enforcement Officers and Fireman Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be the spouse or child of a full-time Mississippi law enforcement officer or firefighter who was fatally injured or totally disabled from injuries that occurred in the line of duty. Applicant must attend a Mississippi public college or university. Children are eligible until age 23.
Eagle Scout Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be a registered, active member of a Boy Scout Troop, Varsity Scout Team, or Venturing Crew chartered to an American Legion Post, Auxiliary Unit or Sons of The American Legion Squadron. Or, be a registered, active member of a duly chartered Boy Scout Troop, Varsity Scout Team, or Venturing Crew, and the son or grandson of a Legionnaire or Auxiliary member. Applicant must have received the Eagle Scout, be an active member of his religious institution and must have received the appropriate Boy Scout religious emblem, have demonstrated practical citizenship in church, school, Scouting, and community, have reached his 15th birthday and be enrolled in a Tennessee High School at the time of selection.
National Oratorical Contest Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident under 20 years of age, must be attending high school or junior high, and must compete in the American Legion oratorical contest at the national level. Award must be used at a college or university in the U.S. for actual school costs, including tuition, room and board, fees, and books.
