Applicant must have a minimum recalculated high school GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale). Standardized test score requirements must be met; transfer students must meet transfer student criteria in order to be eligible.
Academic Scholarship

Applicant must be an entering student who has completed enough credit hours to transfer as a junior and has taken no classes at Athens St U. Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and two letters of recommendation.

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 27).
Presidential Academic Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.75 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 28 (1260 SAT Reasoning).
Cultural Diversity Scholarship

Applicant must have at least one parent who is Native American or Native Alaskan, Asian or Pacific Islander, African-American, or Hispanic. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is planning to enroll as a full-time student. Ethnic origin must be reported on the application for admission.
Bishop Quayle Award

Selection is based upon a minimum 2.0 GPA, academic merit, and membership in a participating church. University matches church contribution up to $600 per year.

Applicant must be a resident of one of the following counties: Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood. Selection based upon community/school activities, free enterprise essay, minimum 3.0 GPA, and moral character.
