Freshman applicant must have a minimum composite ACT score of 29 (combined SAT I score of 1280). Transfer applicant must be nominated by an area community or junior college president or his or her designee.
Robert Hardin Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior with the highest GPA from a high school in Carter, Elizabethton, Hampton, or Unicoi County, Tenn.
Roy T. Campbell Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Cocke County, Tenn. Financial need is considered and a minimum 2.5 overall GPA is required.
William G. Stokely Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be a resident of Cocke County, Tenn., demonstrate financial need, and have a strong academic record.
Street Family Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of one of the southwest Virginia counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Washington, or Wise. Financial need and academic ability are also considered.
Civitan Shropshire Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be a Civitan, the immediate relative of a Civitan, and must have been a Civitan or a Junior Civitan for at least two years. Selection is based upon career goals, applicant's academic record, and financial needs. Applicant must be enrolled full-time in a degree or certificate program.
Cincinnatus Scholarships

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student with a minimum 3.2 unweighted high school GPA. Application for admission required to be completed in order to be eligible.
Regents Professional Opportunity Scholarship

Applicant must be beginning or already enrolled in an approved degree-bearing program of study in New York State that leads to licensure in a particular profession. Purpose of award is to increase representation of minority and disadvantaged individuals in New York State licensed professions.
African-American/Black Students Scholarship

Applicant must be an African-American, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have a minimum composite ACT score of 25 (combined SAT I score of 1030).
Olliphant Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be an Honors College student who demonstrates outstanding leadership, commitment of service to society, and exemplary academic achievement.
